Freemasons' Nursing Home, Lindisfarne - opening day

Freemasons’ Nursing Home Grand Opening

BPSM’s latest project out at the Freemason’s Nursing Home in Lindisfarne was officially opened yesterday, with a grand ceremony officiated by Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, Governor of Tasmania.

The newly completed Ballawinne Road project by BPSM Architects and Vos Construction has given the facility a significant facelift and new residential addition. The home now features a fantastic new Community Hub, which is home to some great social spaces including Chats Cafe and Audrey’s Bar.

A brand new 40-bed wing has also been added as an extension to the existing facility, along with a new administration and training area. Extensive landscaping was also carried out throughout the grounds.

Freemasons’ Homes of Southern Tasmania also took the opportunity to announce an exciting new BPSM redevelopment of the Bowditch ILU’s at their Wellington Road Precinct in Lindisfarne.
