Construction is progressing at the Freeman Estate in Kingston, Tasmania. Works are now coming out of the ground and the slabs are being poured, with the final pours for units 1, 2 and 3 due this week. Walls have started to go up on the other units, with the rest of the construction works coming along rapidly. Read more

The Rubicon Grove Aged Care Extension project is in two parts – the first part is currently under construction, which will create an additional residential wing for the complex, with flexible spaces that allow for both aged care or hospital step-down care. The architecture builds upon the existing ‘country club’ form with soaring roofs and long low wings. Read more

Our site visit to OneCare’s Rubicon Grove redevelopment in Port Sorell yesterday showed some exciting progress, with the whole build running a good week ahead of programme.
Since the weather has improved at Aldinga Beach, construction of the Beach House has ramped up. September has seen the steel going up, with the roof soon to follow. Read more

Construction Commences at Kingston Health Centre
Construction has now commenced at the site of the new Kingston Health Centre, with the first sod officially turned yesterday by The Honorable Jacquie Petrusma MP, with completion due early 2019. You can find out more about the Kingston Health Centre project here.
