Almost there – Rubicon Grove Redevelopment
Works out at the Rubicon Grove Redevelopment in Port Sorell are closing in on completion. The redevelopment of the aged care and senior’s living facility encompasses a new 20-bed residential wing, renovations to the kitchen and laundry, a new meeting and community facility with cafe and al fresco dining, and an extension to the existing carpark. The works at the Kingston Health Centre are taking shape as the walls, window frames, and roof trusses are now going up. The form of the grand entryway is also coming to life, and the north-facing, level 1 windows are being framed up, with some stunning Mt Wellington vistas now peeking through. Read more

Rubicon Grove Construction Phase
The Rubicon Grove Aged Care Extension project is in two parts – the first part is currently under construction, which will create an additional residential wing for the complex, with flexible spaces that allow for both aged care or hospital step-down care. The architecture builds upon the existing ‘country club’ form with soaring roofs and long low wings. Read more
