The Private Residence, Howrah project involves a significant renovation and addition to a modest home that will allow the family to remain in their much-loved neighbourhood as they progress into the next phases of their lives together.
BPSM successfully presented the renovation works proposal to a Clarence City Council meeting where the planning team originally deemed the proposal for a refusal. With a well-demonstrated and considered design response to both the family’s needs and the streetscape, the Clarence Councillors passed a motion to grant approval to the proposal, despite the carport encroaching inside the street setback.
The project is currently in design documentation and we are negotiating costs with a builder, with construction due to start in the latter half of 2024.
