Almost there – Rubicon Grove Redevelopment
Works out at the Rubicon Grove Redevelopment in Port Sorell are closing in on completion. The redevelopment of the aged care and senior’s living facility encompasses a new 20-bed residential wing, renovations to the kitchen and laundry, a new meeting and community facility with cafe and al fresco dining, and an extension to the existing carpark. Rubicon Grove Construction Phase
The Rubicon Grove Aged Care Extension project is in two parts – the first part is currently under construction, which will create an additional residential wing for the complex, with flexible spaces that allow for both aged care or hospital step-down care. The architecture builds upon the existing ‘country club’ form with soaring roofs and long low wings. Read more

Our site visit to OneCare’s Rubicon Grove redevelopment in Port Sorell yesterday showed some exciting progress, with the whole build running a good week ahead of programme.
