This project involved redeveloping half of the Channel Court Complex in Kingston, Tasmania into a four level shopping centre with parking. The project presented many challenges including two creeks running underneath the site, as well as construction restrictions relating to the proximity of residential premises.
Two new ramps were built, which give access to Level 2 (Church St level) from Freeman St. One provides access to the dock, while the other provides access to additional Level 2 parking for customers.
Works also included an internal fitout for Woolworths and support tenancies for specialty stores.
These images were created prior to construction for review and comment from all stakeholders. They were instrumental in resolving design issues and giving an endpoint to work towards.
