Yaraandoo Villas

The Yaraandoo Villas are a seniors’ living project that BPSM was involved with from master planning through to completion.

This project involved masterplanning the second stage of independent living units for seniors.

Our next step was to design and build a group of two conjoined two-bedroom units, taking into account the need to provide sunny spaces with views of the picturesque Stanley in the distance.

The units created a higher than anticipated demand within the community, and the client is considering building the next stage to satisfy demand.
